This is an excellent opportunity for a litigation professional looking to work on complex, high-stakes commercial matters. This direct hire opportunity offers a hybrid schedule, a 35-hour work week, no billable hour requirement, and the opportunity to work alongside a highly regarded litigation team on complex matters from inception through trial, post-trial proceedings, and appeal.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist attorneys with all phases of complex commercial litigation, from case inception through trial and appeal<\/li>\n<li>Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery, motions, affidavits, and other litigation-related documents<\/li>\n<li>Manage document-intensive matters, including document review, organization, analysis, and production<\/li>\n<li>Conduct legal and factual research utilizing Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER, and other litigation resources<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate trial and arbitration preparation, including exhibits, witness materials, and case files<\/li>\n<li>Handle court filings, cite-checking, and maintenance of case records, databases, and document management systems<\/li>\n<li>Provide overall case management support while collaborating closely with attorneys, clients, and litigation teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years&#8217;
