This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment supporting sophisticated estate planning and fiduciary administration.<\/div>\n<div class=\"paragraph-in-scc-markdown-text ___1ngh792 ftgm304 f1iaxwol\"><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Provide comprehensive paralegal support for complex estate and trust administration matters, including multi-entity and cross-border structures<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Coordinate closely with attorneys, tax advisors, fiduciary officers, and family office representatives to ensure seamless execution of client strategies<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Assist in the preparation, review, and management of estate planning documents, trust agreements, and corporate entity records<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Track and organize entity structures, ownership schedules, and capital activity across private investments and layered LLCs<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Support fiduciary administration processes, including trust distributions, compliance tracking, and documentation management<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Assist with advanced estate planning strategies, including GRATs, private trust companies, and post-mortem planning initiatives<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Maintain detailed records related to cash flow, liquidity events, and high-value assets (including held-away and lifestyle assets)<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Contribute to client deliverables and reporting with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Deliver a white-glove client experience by supporting a relationship-driven, non-transactional service model<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"paragraph-in-scc-markdown-text ___1ngh792 ftgm304 f1iaxwol\"><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">5+ years of experience in trust &amp; estate administration, private wealth, or a related legal environment<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Strong working knowledge of estate planning documents, fiduciary responsibilities, and entity management<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Experience supporting UHNW clients, family offices, or complex asset structures preferred<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Familiarity with advanced planning concepts (e.g., GRATs, tax-efficient wealth transfer strategies)<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority matters simultaneously<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
