This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering stability and growth potential within a collaborative accounting department. The role is onsite. Compensation is up to $60,000 annually, depending on experience. Candidates must be comfortable working onsite during the initial contract period.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Position Summary:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed; margin-top: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in;\" type=\"disc\">\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">Process high-volume invoices, including coding and matching to POs<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">Manage vendor setup, maintenance, and payment inquiries<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">Prepare and process weekly check runs and ACH payments<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">Reconcile AP subledger to the general ledger<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">Assist with month-end close related to AP accruals and reporting<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">Review and resolve invoice discrepancies in a timely manner<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">Support audits and provide AP documentation as needed<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; margin-left: .375in;
