This position is responsible for preparing and filing a variety of employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant matters, managing case progression from initiation through completion, and serving as a primary point of contact for clients and foreign national employees. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of independently handling a diverse caseload.<\/p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare and file a broad range of employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant petitions and applications, including temporary work visas, permanent residency matters, labor certifications, and investor-based immigration filings.<\/li>\n<li>Draft government forms, support documentation, correspondence, and petition packages in compliance with applicable immigration regulations and agency requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Collect, review, and organize supporting documentation from corporate clients and foreign nationals.<\/li>\n<li>Manage all aspects of assigned matters, ensuring timely preparation, filing, and follow-up.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate directly with clients, beneficiaries, and government agencies regarding case status and requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor case deadlines and respond to government notices, requests for evidence, audits, and related inquiries.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate case records, billable time entries, and matter updates within case management systems.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to provide responsive and efficient client service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years of employment-based immigration paralegal experience in a law firm or professional services environment.<\/li>\n<li>Strong familiarity with a variety of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa categories and permanent residency processes.<\/li>\n<li>Experience using legal case management platforms, document management systems, and client relationship management (CRM) tools.<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to investor-based immigration matters is preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree, paralegal certificate, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Skills &amp;
