This is a 3-month contract role with potential to extend\/convert full-time.<\/p>\n<p>This role is hybrid and would require you to go <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>o<\/strong><strong><span>nsite <\/span>3-days a week to their office in Cambridge, MA.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collect and consolidate campaign performance data and track and analyze customer interactions and engagement<\/li>\n<li>Create standard and custom marketing-related reports from Salesforce as requested and convert them to Microsoft Excel for things such as participant\/client data, registration information, webinar data, and marketing activities for programs.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for assisting with the development and management of marketing-related financial budgets and forecasts for the Marketing function and for the marketing of each of department programs under the guidance of the Director of Marketing and Communications.<\/li>\n<li>Develop an analytical framework to track, text, and report on the ROI and overall effectiveness of marketing and communication campaigns, including the development of dashboards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"> <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"630\">\n<p>Required:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Marketing and Communications or a related field required.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 5 years of communications or marketing and finance experience required.<\/li>\n<li>Significant experience with developing and presenting data, financial reporting, and analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Superior organizational skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience developing and managing contracts and Statements of Work (SOWs) with internal and external constituencies.<\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce and other cloud-based tools such as SAP and marketing automation platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience managing a marketing tech stack.<\/li>\n<li>SQL and database querying experience.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with: Dashboard development (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker), Marketing analytics platforms, web analytics, attribution modeling, statistical analysis, and data visualization<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<td width=\"24\">\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/YnR0LjQzMTQwLjEyNTg0QGJlYWNvbmhpbGwuYXBsaXRyYWsuY29t.gif\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">1418841LMM_1784060896<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong><a id=\"otherId\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/1418841LMM_1784060896\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":3770,"template":"","meta":{"_relevanssi_hide_post":"","_relevanssi_hide_content":"","_relevanssi_pin_for_all":"","_relevanssi_pin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_unpin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_include_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_exclude_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_no_append":"","_relevanssi_related_not_related":"","_relevanssi_related_posts":"","_relevanssi_noindex_reason":"","inline_featured_image":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"Cambridge, Massachusetts","_application":"btt.43140.12584@beaconhill.aplitrak.com","_company_name":"Beacon Hill Staffing Group","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[340,216],"job-types":[2,293],"class_list":["post-129234","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","job-type-full-time","job-type-temp-to-hire"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.0 -
