Do you enjoy engaging with others and working to meet individual needs? If so, our client is seeking friendly, confident individuals to join their Customer Care team, a part of their Medical Resupply Department. Customer care team members work in our progressive contact center to provide exceptional, personalized service to our customers to replenish medical supplies. Contact Center team members handle inbound calls seeking to create a positive and productive experience for each caller.  Main responsibilities of the position include: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage inbound calls in an efficient and timely manner<\/li>\n<li>Identify needs, clarify information, and provide timely customer solutions<\/li>\n<li>Educate customers on options for diverse medical products and services<\/li>\n<li>Follow proven processes and best practices to resolve customer inquiries<\/li>\n<li>Support community agencies in the continuity of care as their patients transition their healthcare<\/li>\n<li>Lead customers through shipping and billing inquiries  <\/li>\n<li>Document customer conversations and interactions in a comprehensive, thorough manner<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\" c-spl-typography-title c-spl-typography-title--t2 \">Qualifications<\/p>\n<div class=\"wysiwyg spl-whitespace-normal [word-break:break-word]\">\n<p>While comprehensive hands-on training is provided, some of the skills we value include a variety of the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong phone and verbal communication skills supported by active listening skills <\/li>\n<li>Sense of urgency, professionalism, and proven time management skills<\/li>\n<li>Confident and engaging in their work with other employees and customers<\/li>\n<li>Sound decision-making abilities<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively<\/li>\n<li>Possess fundamental typing and computer skills<\/li>\n<li>Accurately enter data into custom software and Microsoft Office 365 applications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Additional consideration given to candidates with the following work experience(s):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Entry-level healthcare<\/li>\n<li>Contact\/call center experience<\/li>\n<li>Retail sales experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\" c-spl-typography-title c-spl-typography-title--t2 \">Additional information<\/p>\n<div class=\"wysiwyg spl-whitespace-normal [word-break:break-word]\">\n<p>This company offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefit package, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) &#8211;
