This is a full-time opportunity supporting attorneys on sophisticated commercial litigation matters from case inception through trial and appeal in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The position follows a hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote and offers a 35-hour work week. This is a non-exempt position, and overtime may be available during busy periods. The salary range for this position is $100K-$130K.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience, including experience supporting complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts. Candidates should be comfortable managing multiple cases simultaneously and working independently while partnering closely with attorneys throughout all phases of litigation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Skills required and Job Duties include the following:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Job Duties:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, trial, post-trial matters, and appeals<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prepare and assist with pleadings, motions, affidavits, and discovery documents<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Analyze, review, organize, and manage large volumes of documents and data produced during discovery<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Coordinate document productions and responses to discovery requests<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conduct legal research using Westlaw, PACER, and other legal research platforms<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Perform factual investigations, document analysis, and case research<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assist with cite-checking and motion preparation<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prepare and manage trial and arbitration exhibits and related materials<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Draft routine filings and discovery documents<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Coordinate court filings and maintain litigation deadlines<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Maintain case files, file indexes, and document management systems<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assist with special projects and other litigation support responsibilities as needed<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Qualifications:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5+ years of litigation paralegal experience<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experience supporting complex commercial litigation matters<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experience with state and federal court filings<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strong legal research skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experience handling discovery, document review, and document production<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strong organizational skills and attention to detail<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ability to work independently and collaboratively with attorneys and staff<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Preferred Experience:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bachelor&#8217;s degree and\/or Paralegal Certificate<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experience with PACER and electronic court filing systems<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experience using Westlaw and\/or LexisNexis<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experience with Relativity or other eDiscovery platforms<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experience using document management systems<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span
