This hybrid role will support the firm&#8217;s broad-based compensation programs for business services employees while also assisting with compensation administration and analysis for legal staff. The individual will lead annual compensation processes, market benchmarking, salary reviews, bonus planning, reporting, and compensation governance initiatives while serving as a key advisor to HR leadership and business stakeholders. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership opportunity with direct management and mentoring responsibilities, ideal for a compensation professional who thrives in a data-driven, consultative environment.
