Hours are 8:30am-5:30pm, and the role is fully onsite five days per week.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the primary liaison between the investment team and broker relationships<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate high-volume corporate access activities, including management meetings, investor days, conferences, and site visits<\/li>\n<li>Manage brokered research access, advisory requests, and analyst interactions<\/li>\n<li>Maintain corporate access systems, watchlists, and research tracking tools<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate logistics for domestic and international conferences and events<\/li>\n<li>Support IPOs, secondary offerings, and other capital markets-related processes<\/li>\n<li>Track broker coverage, research subscriptions, and vendor relationships<\/li>\n<li>Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Finance on vendor onboarding, contracts, and renewals<\/li>\n<li>Maintain reporting and analytics related to corporate access activity and broker evaluations<\/li>\n<li>Manage broker contact databases and onboarding of new relationships<\/li>\n<li>Identify and implement process improvements to enhance research and corporate access workflows<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Qualifications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3-6+ years of experience in financial services, corporate access, research coordination, sales, or a related field<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree required<\/li>\n<li>Prior exposure to corporate access, broker relationships, or research support strongly preferred<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage a high-volume workload and competing priorities<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Professional, proactive, and highly accountable<\/li>\n<li>Solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
