This role focuses on supporting end users with hardware, software, and connectivity issues while delivering excellent customer service. The position requires a strong onsite presence to assist employees directly, troubleshoot devices, and support daily IT operations.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Windows-based environments, Microsoft technologies, and end-user computing devices. Success in this role requires strong troubleshooting skills, effective communication, and a customer-first mindset.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide in-person technical support for end users experiencing hardware or software issues.<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, operating system, and application-related problems.<\/li>\n<li>Support Microsoft 365 applications and collaboration tools.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with user account management and access-related issues.<\/li>\n<li>Configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot end-user devices.<\/li>\n<li>Diagnose and resolve VPN connectivity and remote access issues.<\/li>\n<li>Support device imaging, software deployment, and system updates.<\/li>\n<li>Document issues, resolutions, and technical procedures within the ticketing system.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve escalated issues.<\/li>\n<li>Provide exceptional customer service while supporting users across the organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience providing desktop or technical support in a corporate environment.<\/li>\n<li>Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience supporting:<\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>Microsoft Windows 11<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft 365 (Office 365)<\/li>\n<li>Active Directory \/ Azure Active Directory<\/li>\n<li>SCCM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager)<\/li>\n<li>VPN connectivity and troubleshooting<\/li>\n<li>Dell desktop and laptop hardware<\/li>\n<li>BIOS configuration and troubleshooting<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li>Basic understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with ticketing systems such as Cherwell or ServiceNow.<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting Citrix environments.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with LogMeIn Rescue or similar remote support tools.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with endpoint patch management solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Audio\/Visual (AV) support experience.<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting Apple iPhone and iPad devices.<\/li>\n<li>MacOS support experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Top Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Desktop Support<\/li>\n<li>Windows 11 Administration<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft 365 Support<\/li>\n<li>Active Directory \/ Azure AD<\/li>\n<li>SCCM<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshooting &amp;
