This role is responsible for coordinating schedules, managing logistics, facilitating communication, and ensuring seamless service experience for high-end clientele. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of experience in client services, operations, or administrative support, along with outstanding organizational and communication skills.<\/p>\n<p>Position Details:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Location: Boston, MA<\/li>\n<li>Work Model: Hybrid<\/li>\n<li>Degree: Preferred<\/li>\n<li>Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, calendars, and service appointments for a distributed team; acting as a key point of contact between clients, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders; monitoring ongoing requests, project timelines, and follow-up actions to ensure timely completion; supporting purchasing, inventory tracking, and vendor relationships; maintaining accurate operational records and documentation; assisting with billing and administrative workflows; and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and service delivery.<\/li>\n<li>The ideal candidate possesses strong experience in customer service, operations, administration, or project coordination; exceptional attention to detail and follow-through; excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment; strong emotional intelligence and sound judgment;
