This role will serve as a key liaison between technical teams, application owners, security partners, and leadership to ensure recovery readiness, governance compliance, audit support, and operational resilience across critical applications.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate with application owners, infrastructure, security, and support teams to drive recovery readiness initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Manage application reviews, asset inventories, dependency mapping, recovery plans, and remediation activities.<\/li>\n<li>Support audits, evidence collection, compliance reviews, access governance activities, and control validation efforts.<\/li>\n<li>Lead meetings, tabletop exercises, recovery testing events, and readiness reviews.<\/li>\n<li>Develop dashboards, executive reporting, status updates, documentation, policies, and governance materials.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>7+ years of experience in business analysis, program coordination, disaster recovery, cyber resilience, GRC, technology operations, or related fields.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working across multiple technical teams and stakeholders in a matrixed environment.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational, documentation, facilitation, and communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting audits, assessments, compliance activities, and procedural documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cyber recovery or disaster recovery program experience.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of backup, storage, infrastructure, networking, virtualization, or security environments.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with immutable backups, isolated recovery environments, or resilience-focused recovery models.<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to governance, access reviews, asset inventories, architecture documentation, and executive reporting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Ideal Candidate:<\/strong> A highly organized communicator who can influence without authority, lead cross-functional meetings, identify risks and dependencies, manage ambiguity, and drive complex initiatives to completion while maintaining strong attention to detail.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/Y2x0dC41NDcyMi4xMjU4NEBiZWFjb25oaWxsLmFwbGl0cmFrLmNvbQ.gif\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">1466889_1784232840<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong><a id=\"otherId\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/1466889_1784232840\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":3770,"template":"","meta":{"_relevanssi_hide_post":"","_relevanssi_hide_content":"","_relevanssi_pin_for_all":"","_relevanssi_pin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_unpin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_include_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_exclude_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_no_append":"","_relevanssi_related_not_related":"","_relevanssi_related_posts":"","_relevanssi_noindex_reason":"","inline_featured_image":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"Charlotte, North Carolina","_application":"cltt.54722.12584@beaconhill.aplitrak.com","_company_name":"Beacon Hill Staffing Group","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[236,187],"job-types":[2],"class_list":["post-129417","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","job-type-full-time"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.0 -
