This is a full-time permanent role and would require you to go onsite 4-days a week to their office in Boston, MA.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Must have experience <\/strong><strong>Investment Management, Asset Management, Wealth Management, Financial Services, or Investment Services organizations to be considered. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Delivering standard and custom reports while adhering to specific client mandates and deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Experience coordinating recurring deliverables, reporting cycles, workflows, or cross-functional projects<\/li>\n<li>Supporting Relationship Managers by responding to client queries, researching reporting needs, and following up on pending deliverables<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating reporting requirements for new products, tracking these deliverables, and ensuring deadlines are met<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating longer-term projects and initiatives including annual financial statements, prospectus materials, and board reporting<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining marketing data and analytics reporting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree required<\/li>\n<li>1-5+ years of related work experience, preferably within the investment management industry<\/li>\n<li>Experience with reporting, CRM, marketing operations, sales enablement, client reporting, or content management platforms<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft tools<\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be able to perform VLookup &amp;
