This role requires a strong background in manufacturing accounting, cost accounting, and team leadership. <strong>This position will be on-site in their Phoenix office <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">Oversee daily accounting functions, including GL, AP, AR, payroll, fixed assets, and month-end close.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">Lead and mentor the accounting team while remaining involved in day-to-day operations.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">Drive cost accounting, inventory valuation, variance analysis, and margin performance reporting.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">Partner with plant and operational leaders to improve financial and operational results.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and working capital initiatives.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">Maintain strong internal controls and ensure GAAP compliance.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">Coordinate audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance requirements.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">Support ERP optimization, process improvement, and ongoing process efficiencies.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">Deliver financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">Qualifications<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">CPA preferred.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">8+ years of progressive accounting\/finance experience, including 3+ years of leadership experience.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">Required manufacturing industry background with strong cost and inventory accounting expertise.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">Experience supporting multi-site operations and manufacturing ERP systems.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;
