This is an opportunity to work alongside experienced family law practitioners in a collaborative environment while taking meaningful ownership of your cases.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will be someone who can step into an active practice and independently manage matters with minimal supervision. The team is seeking a true family law attorney, not a litigator looking to transition into the practice area.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Active bar admission in both Maryland and Washington, D.C. (Virginia admission is a plus)<\/li>\n<li>4+ years of family law experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience handling matters involving:\n<ul>\n<li>Separation and divorce<\/li>\n<li>Child custody and visitation<\/li>\n<li>Child support<\/li>\n<li>Spousal support\/alimony<\/li>\n<li>Equitable distribution and division of marital property<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage contested custody and divorce matters from inception through resolution<\/li>\n<li>Strong courtroom and hearing experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What You&#8217;ll Find:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Immediate access to a steady flow of sophisticated family law matters<\/li>\n<li>Meaningful responsibility and autonomy<\/li>\n<li>A collegial, team-oriented culture with strong support from experienced practitioners<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to matters throughout Maryland and Washington, D.C., with potential opportunities in Virginia<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation &amp;
