They will be supporting the clients Workday portfolio of system enhancements and project work. The individual will be responsible for configuring and maintaining Workday modules, primarily within HCM, while also supporting Recruiting, Time, Learning, Security, Business Processes, and Integrations. Day-to-day responsibilities will be 30% production support and 70% project-based work tied to system improvements and updates. The role requires someone who can independently troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve Workday issues. The analyst will also support operational initiatives such as store flips and location updates.
