In a Nutshell:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Role is a blended position between administrative support and marketing so candidate must be ok with doing admin support for President and CFO. Really hoping to find someone who has a marketing or creative degree.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Marketing:<\/strong><\/p>\n

From a marketing perspective they will be doing things such as creating content for website, designing t shirts, organizing and advertising internally for parties and work events, creating content surrounding client gifts, going to job sites to take photos and publish them on content pages, etc. there is a marketing director here that handles the heavy lifting in marketing.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Administrative:<\/strong><\/p>\n

From an administrative perspective they will support the company president and CFO with various administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and travel, setting up corporate lunches, work at the front desk when the receptionist is at lunch.<\/p>\n
