This strategic leadership role will partner closely with executive leadership to strengthen governance processes, enhance operational efficiency, and support a culture of accountability across the organization.<\/p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee the company&#8217;s internal audit and compliance framework, ensuring alignment with regulatory and financial reporting requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Lead risk assessments and evaluate internal controls to identify areas for improvement and exposure.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate audit activities and collaborate with external auditors to support annual reporting and compliance objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Develop strategies to address control gaps, process inefficiencies, and compliance-related findings.<\/li>\n<li>Provide guidance and recommendations to senior leadership on risk mitigation and governance initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor evolving accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and business changes that may impact internal controls.<\/li>\n<li>Support cross-functional teams with process improvement initiatives designed to strengthen financial and operational performance.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and present compliance updates, audit results, and risk assessments to executive stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Mentor and develop audit and compliance professionals while fostering best practices across the organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
