This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients from intake through litigation, assist with case development and trial preparation, and contribute to the day-to-day management of active matters, including workers&#8217; compensation files.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 18.0pt; color: black;\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 18.0pt; color: black;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Responsibilities<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed; margin-top: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in;\" type=\"disc\">\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; color: black;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, including conducting intake and welcome calls.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; color: black;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Review retainers, supporting documents, and case details to ensure accurate file setup and ongoing case management.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; color: black;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Communicate with clients and third parties to obtain records and other required documentation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; color: black;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Draft legal correspondence and assist attorneys with litigation support, trial preparation, and docket management.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 18.0pt; color: black;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Qualifications<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed; margin-top: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in;\" type=\"disc\">\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; color: black;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 11.0pt;\">At least 1 year of paralegal experience in personal injury is required.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; color: black;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Familiarity with workers&#8217; compensation matters is strongly preferred.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; color: black;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and outside parties.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; color: black;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 11.0pt; color: black;\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 11.0pt; color: black;\">This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional seeking hands-on experience in a collaborative environment.
