Position works onsite at a mortgage company. The position is onsite Monday &#8211; Friday, 8am-5pm.  Free parking for employees. Role starts August 2026. Temp duration is approximately three months ahead of conversion. Pay up to 65K perm base (temp rate paid in line).<\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Relocation Project Management Coordinator provides essential operational support to the move management team, handling day-to-day coordination activities and administrative tasks that ensure smooth and efficient relocations. This role serves as a key liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams while maintaining accurate documentation and data systems throughout the move process.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in preparing proposals for new projects.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and update the operations manual.<\/li>\n<li>Receive and process client move requests.<\/li>\n<li>Take meeting minutes and distribute them to the project team.<\/li>\n<li>Create and distribute move communications and labels to clients.<\/li>\n<li>Perform move day duties, including furniture inventory, pre and post-move inventory, and supervising movers.<\/li>\n<li>Compare vendor\/subcontractor invoices to purchase orders or subcontracts.<\/li>\n<li>Input data into the CAFM system to maintain occupancy information.<\/li>\n<li>Manage daily individual move requests from end to end as requested<\/li>\n<li>Receive and process client move requests<\/li>\n<li>Proactively manage project-related issues on project\/account<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate scheduled move activity with property management, facilities management, and all parties involved in relocations<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all project\/account activities and processes are performed in a manner consistent with documented processes including client&#8217;s and JLL&#8217;s policies and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Incorporate RPM best practices<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate work order and small project execution with vendors\/installers\/trades, including furniture reconfigurations and space enhancements<\/li>\n<li>Identify outstanding issues associated with project and communicate to team lead<\/li>\n<li>Ensure data accuracy within relocation management and CAFM systems<\/li>\n<li>Create and distribute move communications\/move packets and labels to clients<\/li>\n<li>Perform pre-move and move day duties including pre and post-move inventory\/check-out\/check-ins, furniture inventory, hanging move signage, and supervising movers<\/li>\n<li>Assist in entering and processing information during post-move help desk<\/li>\n<li>Receive and process client ergonomic requests<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate all ergonomic assessment scheduling with end users, conduct assessments, and order products as deemed necessary as part of assessment and follow-up<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with client representative to provide employees workstation accommodations as necessary<\/li>\n<li>Report all ergonomic results and product distribution in client systems as required<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all ergonomic-related activities and processes are performed in a manner consistent with documented processes including policies and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Work with assigned team to achieve project objectives<\/li>\n<li>Observe and identify client cultures and individual learning styles and seek advice on how to work within the environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Detail oriented<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multi-task and work both in a team and independently<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with executive level internal and external clients<\/li>\n<li>Organizational and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage differing needs of the business<\/li>\n<li>Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office products<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility with work hours and travel as needed<\/li>\n<li>0 &#8211;
