This role will act as a key resource for managing insurance and documentation, compliance tracking, stakeholder communication, and administrative processes. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of professional experience in administration, operations, property management, or related office environments and thrives in a detail-oriented role.<\/p>\n<p>Position Details:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Location: Newton, MA<\/li>\n<li>Work Model: Hybrid<\/li>\n<li>Degree: Preferred<\/li>\n<li>Responsibilities include reviewing insurance documentation and compliance materials to ensure adherence to contractual requirements; maintaining records, reporting, and tracking related to insurance programs and renewals; monitoring submissions and coordinating updates through third-party platforms; communicating with tenants, vendors, brokers, carriers, and internal stakeholders regarding documentation and compliance needs; supporting claims administration and training initiatives as needed; performing account audits, reconciliations, and data updates to maintain accuracy; and providing general administrative and project coordination support to a high-visibility team.<\/li>\n<li>The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of administrative, operations, project coordination, property management or related experience; exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously; strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling documentation and compliance-related work; excellent verbal and written communication skills;
