This hybrid role will focus on lateral recruiting across front-office investment banking functions and serve as a key partner to HR leadership, hiring managers, and external search firms throughout the hiring process. This position will manage full-cycle searches, help drive recruiting strategy, and support broader talent acquisition initiatives as the team continues to grow. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, hands-on environment, has experience recruiting within investment banking or financial services, and enjoys building strong relationships across all levels of an organization. font-size: 10.5pt;\">5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within investment banking, financial services, or a related professional services environment, required.<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">Previous experience with lateral recruiting for investment banking roles, required.<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">Experience partnering with external search firms and managing agency relationships, required.<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">Proven ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while delivering a high-touch candidate experience, required.<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">Proficiency with Greenhouse or a comparable applicant tracking system, required.<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, required.<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0;
