This hybrid role will primarily support MBA and campus recruiting initiatives while partnering closely with recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers throughout the recruiting process. The position will play a key role in coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and supporting recruiting activities during a team member&#8217;s leave of absence, with the potential for longer-term opportunities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, has prior campus recruiting experience, and enjoys delivering a polished candidate experience while managing multiple priorities.
