This highly visible leadership role will oversee day-to-day human resources operations across employee relations, talent acquisition, and benefits administration. The HR Director will partner closely with senior leadership to drive key people initiatives, including the implementation of a new performance management platform and talent assessment processes. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on HR generalist experience, a proven track record recruiting sales talent, and a collaborative, confident approach to supporting employees and leaders at all levels.
