This individual contributor role will serve as the primary owner of the organization&#8217;s U.S. benefits programs, overseeing benefit strategy, vendor and broker relationships, open enrollment, compliance, leave administration, and daily benefits operations while partnering closely with senior leadership, payroll, finance, and HR stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a hands-on benefits professional with strong strategic influence, deep technical expertise, and the ability to independently manage a comprehensive benefits function in a fast-paced professional services environment.
