This role provides an opportunity to deliver excellent customer service while growing within the company. You will act as a frontline problem solver, assisting customers, financial professionals, and business partners via phone, email, and chat.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">This is an exciting <strong>contract-to-hire<\/strong> position that is <strong>hybrid requiring 1 day per week onsite in St.Paul.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Provide empathetic and professional customer support through phone, email, and chat.<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Assist customers with insurance claims, policy information, and account inquiries.<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Explain and resolve complex issues while maintaining quality service standards.<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Manage 35-50 calls per day in a fast-paced, inbound service environment.<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Meet or exceed call center metrics while delivering an exceptional customer experience.<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Cross-train in additional product lines after completing primary training.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><strong>3-5 years of call center experience required.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Strong active listening skills, empathy, and professionalism in customer interactions.<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Ability to multi-task, navigate multiple systems, and problem-solve efficiently.<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Self-motivated, reliable, and punctual with strong time management skills.<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Tech-savvy with proficiency in computers and strong typing skills.<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Must maintain confidentiality and trustworthiness in handling customer information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><strong>Technical Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Wired internet connection (WiFi not permitted).<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Must meet minimum bandwidth requirements for remote access.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">This is a great opportunity for detail-oriented professionals looking to build a career in customer service with a reputable and growing company.
