This role is responsible for managing event strategy from concept through execution, overseeing logistics and vendor relationships, supporting training initiatives, and ensuring successful event outcomes. <\/p>\n<h2>Position Details<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Pay Rate:<\/strong> $27.00-$34.50 per hour<\/li>\n<li><strong>Schedule:<\/strong> Monday-Friday; flexible schedule between 7:00 AM-6:00 PM<\/li>\n<li><strong>Work Arrangement:<\/strong> Onsite<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and maintain trade show and event calendars across multiple business channels<\/li>\n<li>Plan, coordinate, and execute trade shows, conferences, and marketing events from start to finish<\/li>\n<li>Develop event timelines, budgets, objectives, deliverables, and resource plans<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate event logistics, venue relationships, vendor partnerships, shipments, and promotional materials<\/li>\n<li>Manage inventory of event materials, branded merchandise, and giveaways<\/li>\n<li>Support pre-event marketing activities and post-event follow-up efforts<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate event performance and communicate recommendations for continuous improvement<\/li>\n<li>Develop reporting and metrics to track event effectiveness and ROI<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with sales leaders to coordinate training initiatives and onboarding support for sales representatives<\/li>\n<li>Manage training schedules and support programs for new sales team members<\/li>\n<li>Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS)<\/li>\n<li>Create, organize, and distribute training materials within the LMS platform<\/li>\n<li>Serve as the primary contact for promotional product and gear program vendors<\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular vendor meetings to review inventory, orders, and open projects<\/li>\n<li>Partner effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure project success<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Systems &amp;
