This executive will play a critical role in improving financial visibility, enhancing business processes, supporting growth initiatives, and partnering with leadership to drive strong business performance.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 11.0pt;\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 11.0pt;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Duties<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed; margin-top: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in;\" type=\"disc\">\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Lead accounting, finance, treasury, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting functions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive team.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Enhance financial and operational reporting capabilities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Manage banking, financing, cash flow, and risk management activities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Partner with operational leaders to improve profitability and accountability.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; font-size: 11.0pt;\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 11.0pt;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Requirements<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed; margin-top: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in;\" type=\"disc\">\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Senior finance leadership experience, ideally as a CFO.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Experience in project-driven or operationally intensive industries preferred.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Strong expertise in project accounting, FP&amp;A, cash flow management, and operational finance.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Experience leading business process improvements and organizational change.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Banking, treasury, and capital management experience.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 11.0pt;\">ERP, business intelligence, and financial reporting systems experience.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0;
