This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with strong conflicts and risk management experience to take on a key role within the firm. This role is well suited for an attorney who enjoys sophisticated risk analysis, collaborative problem-solving, and working independently in a fast-paced professional services environment.<\/p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Review, identify, and resolve potential ethical and business conflicts of interest involving clients, matters, new business, and incoming attorneys.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct reviews of conflicts reports and resolve identified issues.<\/li>\n<li>Support matter opening and risk review processes.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with client engagement letters, waivers, disclosures, and related documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate outside counsel guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Advise attorneys on ethics, professional responsibility, and legal risk issues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>S. law degree and active law license in good standing.<\/li>\n<li>5+ years of related experience in conflicts, legal risk management, professional responsibility, or a comparable law firm environment.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with rules of professional responsibility and conflicts of interest principles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Compensation &amp; Benefits<\/h2>\n<p>The expected salary range for this position is $150,00 to $225,000 depending on experience.
