This role is responsible for financial reporting, month-end close activities, budgeting support, compliance reporting, and partnering with operations to ensure the financial performance of a portfolio of properties.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and account analyses.<\/li>\n<li>Support month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze financial results and provide variance reporting against budgets and prior periods.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain fixed assets, depreciation schedules, and other accounting records.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with property management and operations teams to support financial performance and tenant-related accounting matters.<\/li>\n<li>Provide support for audits, tax reporting, and other compliance-related requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare financial data and ad hoc analyses for management decision-making.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with due diligence and financial reporting related to refinancing, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve processes and ensure accurate financial information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.<\/li>\n<li>3+ years of accounting experience;
