This role offers the opportunity to work closely with executive leadership while being part of a supportive administrative team. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with a target compensation of up to $85,000 a discretionary bonus opportunity, strong benefits, and excellent long-term growth potential.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide high-level administrative support to four senior executives<\/li>\n<li>Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate domestic travel, itineraries, transportation, and related logistics<\/li>\n<li>Process invoices, expenses, and billing through internal systems (training provided)<\/li>\n<li>Prepare correspondence, presentations, and other business documents<\/li>\n<li>Serve as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external contacts<\/li>\n<li>Track down information and follow up on outstanding requests while maintaining a positive, professional approach<\/li>\n<li>Assist with special projects and ad hoc administrative requests<\/li>\n<li>Provide occasional coverage for the Office Manager during vacations or absences<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree required<\/li>\n<li>2+ years of corporate administrative or executive support experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to support multiple executives simultaneously<\/li>\n<li>Confident, resourceful, and comfortable working with busy executives who travel frequently<\/li>\n<li>Professional, team-oriented demeanor with a strong sense of urgency and follow-through<\/li>\n<li>Experience with expense management or procurement systems is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Schedule &amp;
