Mass tort experience would be especially helpful.<\/p>\n<p>The work will focus on litigation support, including preparing discovery requests and responses, assessing whether subpoenas should be issued, drafting deposition outlines, preparing witness preparation kits, and conducting legal analysis.<\/p>\n<p>This role will not focus on drafting pleadings or arguing motions. The team is looking for attorneys with strong litigation and discovery experience who can hit the ground running.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Project Details<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Location:<\/strong> Remote (Candidates must be actively licensed and reside in the same state, and that state must be one in which the firm has an office.
