This role will be heavily involved in coordinating marketing campaigns, managing professional events and webinars, maintaining CRM data, and supporting ongoing stakeholder communications. The ideal candidate has 1+ years of administrative, operations, marketing, or coordinator experience, preferably in financial or professional services, along with strong project management skills and advanced Excel capabilities.<\/p>\n<p>Position Details:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Location: Boston, MA<\/li>\n<li>Work Model: Hybrid<\/li>\n<li>Degree: Required<\/li>\n<li>Responsibilities include managing shared inbox communications and marketing distributions; creating audience lists and coordinating outreach campaigns; organizing webinars, meetings, and large-scale events from invitation through execution; maintaining CRM records and ensuring data integrity across systems; preparing materials, agendas, and event logistics for internal and external stakeholders; overseeing access to digital resources and supporting ongoing operational processes; documenting procedures and assisting with process improvement initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor&#8217;s degree and demonstrated project management experience; 1+ years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, marketing, or operations role within a professional services, corporate, or financial environment; experience working with CRM and event management platforms such as Salesforce;
