This role will provide comprehensive support across a variety of HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, payroll support, and HR compliance. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is comfortable supporting multiple HR initiatives.<\/p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Support full-cycle recruiting efforts, including candidate screening, interviewing, and coordinating with staffing agencies<\/li>\n<li>Attend career fairs and assist with talent acquisition initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Conduct new hire and benefits orientations<\/li>\n<li>Create, maintain, and update job descriptions<\/li>\n<li>Assist with implementing and administering HR policies and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Respond to employee questions and concerns while maintaining confidentiality<\/li>\n<li>Support benefits administration, including open enrollment and new hire enrollments<\/li>\n<li>Provide guidance and backup support regarding employee policies and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Conduct exit interviews and process termination documentation<\/li>\n<li>Assist with payroll processing and provide backup payroll support as needed<\/li>\n<li>Provide administrative support to the broader administrative team<\/li>\n<li>Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous Human Resources experience required<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance standards<\/li>\n<li>Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook<\/li>\n<li>Experience with payroll systems;
