This role is responsible for coordinating feedback and review processes, managing Workday updates, supporting career development stakeholders, preparing meeting materials, and ensuring a seamless experience for employees and leadership. <\/p>\n<h2>Position Details<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Pay Rate:<\/strong> $36.00 per hour<\/li>\n<li><strong>Schedule:<\/strong> Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM &#8211; 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch); flexibility to start as early as 7:00 AM when needed<\/li>\n<li><strong>Work Arrangement:<\/strong> Hybrid (3-5 days onsite weekly)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate and support career development and performance management processes<\/li>\n<li>Manage Career Development Committee (CDC) meeting preparation, scheduling, logistics, and follow-up activities<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and update employee records, assignments, and career development information within Workday<\/li>\n<li>Monitor completion of feedback and performance review activities and conduct follow-up on outstanding actions<\/li>\n<li>Prepare meeting materials, reports, and presentations for leadership discussions<\/li>\n<li>Serve as a primary resource for stakeholders regarding career development processes and Workday-related questions<\/li>\n<li>Support onboarding sessions, trainings, cohort meetings, and talent development initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Draft and distribute communications to employees, advisors, and leadership teams<\/li>\n<li>Track workflows, deadlines, and deliverables while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with Talent, People, and Business Management teams to support employee development initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate advisor assignments and related employee communications<\/li>\n<li>Participate in process improvement initiatives and best-practice sharing across teams<\/li>\n<li>Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee and performance-related information<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Systems &amp;
