This is an opportunity for an attorney who can step into sophisticated real estate matters, lead deals, and work closely with experienced partners in a collaborative, well-established group.<\/p>\n<h2>Opportunity Highlights<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Senior Associate or Counsel-level role in a thriving commercial real estate practice<\/li>\n<li>Opportunity to handle straightforward commercial real estate transactional work and take ownership of deals from day one<\/li>\n<li>Join a busy and stable practice group <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and manage commercial real estate transactions, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents<\/li>\n<li>Advise clients on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, development, and related real estate matters<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate deal teams, manage closings, and serve as a key client contact on active matters<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with senior attorneys and partners while independently driving matters forward<\/li>\n<li>Provide practical, business-minded counsel in a fast-paced transactional environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience leading deals and managing matters with limited supervision<\/li>\n<li>Admission to practice in Ohio, or eligibility and willingness to become admitted<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Location<\/h2>\n<p> Cincinnati, however they are also open to this role sitting in Cleveland or Columbus. <\/p>\n<h2>Compensation<\/h2>\n<p>Compensation is competitive with the Ohio market and commensurate with experience. Compensation range starts at $225,000.
