This role manages budgets, schedules, contractors, procurement, and documentation to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Must-Haves<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in <strong>Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture<\/strong>, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li><strong>5-7 years<\/strong> of construction project management experience.<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing <strong>Data Center, Semiconductor FAB, or Healthcare construction<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Strong background in <strong>Civil, Structural &amp;
