This role is responsible for transforming financial and operational data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate is an expert user of Sage Intacct and Salesforce, with a strong background in budgeting, forecasting, dashboard development, and management reporting.<\/p>\n<p>This is not a transactional accounting role. We are looking for someone who can interpret financial data, identify trends and variances, build executive-level reporting tools, and partner with leadership to improve financial visibility across the organization.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<h3>Budgeting &amp; Financial Analysis<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyze budgets, forecasts, and actual results to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and key performance drivers.<\/li>\n<li>Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes across departments.<\/li>\n<li>Perform budget-to-actual and variance analysis, providing actionable recommendations to leadership.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor organizational financial performance and develop insights that support strategic planning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Reporting &amp; Dashboard Development<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, build, and maintain custom financial reports and dashboards within Sage Intacct, Salesforce, and Excel.<\/li>\n<li>Create executive-level reporting packages that clearly communicate financial performance and operational metrics.<\/li>\n<li>Develop automated and repeatable reporting solutions to improve efficiency and consistency.<\/li>\n<li>Translate complex financial data into user-friendly reports for non-financial stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Financial Systems Management<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the internal subject matter expert for Sage Intacct financial reporting and Salesforce analytics.<\/li>\n<li>Reconcile and validate data across financial and operational systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.<\/li>\n<li>Identify data quality issues, investigate discrepancies, and recommend process improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with internal teams to optimize reporting capabilities and system utilization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Business Partnership &amp; Process Improvement<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with leadership and department managers to understand reporting requirements and business objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Recommend enhancements to budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and dashboard processes.<\/li>\n<li>Improve the structure, usability, and effectiveness of existing financial reports.<\/li>\n<li>Train stakeholders on reports and dashboards to encourage data-driven decision-making.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Required Qualifications<\/h2>\n<h3> <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Advanced hands-on experience with <strong>Sage Intacct<\/strong>, including financial reporting, budgeting, dashboard development, and variance analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced experience with <strong>Salesforce reporting and analytics<\/strong>, including custom report building and dashboard creation.<\/li>\n<li>Expert-level Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP\/VLOOKUP, Power Query, and financial modeling.<\/li>\n<li>Experience integrating and analyzing data from multiple business systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Financial &amp; Analytical Skills<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance measurement.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience identifying trends, variances, and business insights from large datasets.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to develop reporting tools and dashboards used by executive leadership.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Communication &amp;
