The team is looking for a scientist who can evaluate an existing manufacturing process, identify sources of variability, and develop solutions that improve consistency, scalability, and overall process performance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What You&#8217;ll Be Doing<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and execute bench-scale and pilot-scale studies to optimize fermentation and biological processing conditions.<\/li>\n<li>Investigate process variability and identify critical parameters impacting yield, cycle time, and product quality.<\/li>\n<li>Support scale-up activities and collaborate closely with manufacturing operations to implement process improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Develop quality metrics, analyze process data, and establish robust manufacturing controls.<\/li>\n<li>Author technical reports, SOPs, batch records, and process development documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and R&amp;D teams to drive projects from development through commercial implementation.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate raw material and substrate impacts on process performance, kinetics, and final product quality.<\/li>\n<li>Lead troubleshooting efforts for manufacturing challenges and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What We&#8217;re Looking For<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s or Master&#8217;s degree in Biochemistry, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related scientific discipline.<\/li>\n<li>3+ years of experience in <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">fermentation, biological process development, bioprocessing, or biologically active ingredient manufacturing.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Strong experience working directly with manufacturing operations and production teams.<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting process optimization, scale-up, technology transfer, or manufacturing improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Background in microbiology, biological systems, <strong>fermentation science<\/strong>, or related process development activities.<\/li>\n<li>Strong technical writing and documentation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced manufacturing and R&amp;D environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Fermentation process development<\/span> or biological active ingredient manufacturing.<\/li>\n<li>Agricultural, consumer products, biotechnology, fermentation, food science, or industrial microbiology environments.<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting pilot plant or commercial manufacturing operations.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Familiarity with DoE, statistical analysis, JMP, Minitab, or similar tools.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Experience with natural product processing, microbial systems, or biologically derived active ingredients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Why This Role?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Opportunity to solve a complex manufacturing challenge and make a measurable impact on product quality and process consistency.<\/li>\n<li>High level of interaction with manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and R&amp;D teams.<\/li>\n<li>Strong focus on process optimization, scale-up, and commercialization activities.<\/li>\n<li>Visibility with leadership and the ability to influence long-term manufacturing strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on role spanning laboratory, pilot plant, and manufacturing environments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you&#8217;re a hands-on scientist with a passion for process improvement, microbiology, fermentation, and manufacturing support, we&#8217;d be happy to hear from you.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/Y2hpcC4xNTc3MS4xMjU4NEBiZWFjb25oaWxsLmFwbGl0cmFrLmNvbQ.gif\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">1464180 &#8211;
