$125,000 a year DOE<br \/>Position Type: Permanent employee<br \/>Start Date: Determinded once filled<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<h3>Leadership &amp; Staff Development<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide direction, coaching, and mentorship to Commercial Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and Estimators.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate ongoing professional development programs and lead monthly operational meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate individual performance, identify growth opportunities, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with company leadership on talent acquisition, interviewing, onboarding, and employee development initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Operational Management<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with Project Managers to ensure projects are completed efficiently, successfully, and within profitability goals.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee contract review, project execution strategies, client communications, and financial performance.<\/li>\n<li>Drive process standardization, operational effectiveness, and continuous improvement efforts across the department.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a strong understanding of RFMS, Schedule Pro, Measure, and other relevant business systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Strategic Planning<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute to organizational planning and help evaluate new business opportunities, investments, and growth initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Support long-term business strategies through leadership development, culture enhancement, and operational alignment.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with executive leadership to achieve company objectives and future growth goals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Client &amp;
