This hybrid consulting opportunity will provide critical coverage for the organization&#8217;s HR leadership team during a leave of absence and will focus heavily on employee relations, compliance, investigations, and performance management support. The consultant will serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, handling complex workplace matters while ensuring thorough documentation and adherence to established processes. The ideal candidate is a seasoned employee relations professional with exceptional judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate a highly compliant, process-driven environment with confidence and professionalism.
