This hybrid role will support full-cycle recruiting efforts across investment operations and corporate functions, partnering closely with hiring managers and talent acquisition leadership to attract and hire top talent. The position combines strategic sourcing, recruiting operations, candidate management, interview coordination, and process improvement within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a polished, proactive recruiting professional with experience in financial services or professional services environments who thrives in a collaborative, hands-on setting.
