This hybrid position will partner closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition and People Operations, managing full-cycle recruiting activities across a variety of openings in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. The individual will oversee candidate outreach, screening, interview coordination, and process management while helping drive an efficient and positive hiring experience. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting in creative, production, agency, or project-based environments and thrive in a collaborative, hands-on role.
