This Customer Service Representative will be answering customer&#8217;s questions and support for their claims and additional inquiries. <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>About You:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma or GED required<\/li>\n<li>2+ years of customer service experience in a call center environment<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to handle high-volume inbound calls with professionalism and efficiency<\/li>\n<li>Background in medical terminology or healthcare support is helpful<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">About the Job:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Handle customer inquiries related to claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal access, and ID cards<\/li>\n<li>Provide 5-star service with a focus on professionalism, empathy, and solution-oriented support<\/li>\n<li>Resolve member issues efficiently through clear communication and active listening<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a positive and respectful tone during all customer interactions<\/li>\n<li>Support the overall customer experience by upholding high service standards and team values<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Our client is seeking a candidate to provide dedicated service to their clients in a fast-paced, client-driven environment. This is a fully remote, contract position. The role pays up to $18.20 per hour.
