This person will need to be an expert developer who has a strong understanding of LWC and Apex Triggers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Position Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Salesforce Production Support role supporting a mission\u2011critical Salesforce platform for Provider Lifecycle Management.<\/li>\n<li>Design and architecture<\/li>\n<li>Problem Solving for the team on issues outside the box<\/li>\n<li>Act as the team lead, and primary go\u2011to resource for Salesforce issues across automation, integrations, data, and performance.<\/li>\n<li>Own day\u2011to\u2011day production stability, incident triage, root\u2011cause analysis, and resolution.<\/li>\n<li>Provide hands\u2011on Salesforce technical leadership using Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL, and platform best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot multi\u2011system issues involving data warehouses, ETL, APIs, and downstream services.<\/li>\n<li>Support provider onboarding, credentialing, contracting, network participation, and provider data maintenance.<\/li>\n<li>Drive continuous improvement through monitoring, dashboards, automation, and operational insights.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with onshore-offshore teams and grow into the Production Support Team Lead role based on performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>8+ years Salesforce development expertise (Apex, LWC, Triggers, SOQL Salesforce Object Query Language integrations)<\/li>\n<li>Leadership experience in Salesforce Production Support experience; comfortable with Production Support hands-on but also leading the functionally of problem solving for the team, dealing with stakeholders, design.<\/li>\n<li>Salesforce Design experience with external integrations (data loads in Jiva) &#8211; willing to jump in and not just step out if it&#8217;s slightly outside Salesforce wheelhouse<\/li>\n<li>Understand what the customer is missing, why it is a high priority, how you deal with stakeholders. <\/li>\n<li>Experience dealing with challenging stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Strong troubleshooting and root\u2011cause analysis across complex enterprise environments.<\/li>\n<li>Leadership ability &#8211;
