This role partners closely with the Director of Legal Recruiting to lead law student and early-career recruiting initiatives while overseeing a highly structured summer associate program. The Legal Recruiting Manager will drive campus outreach, manage recruiting operations, strengthen law school partnerships, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience from recruitment through onboarding. This position offers visibility across the firm and serves as a key resource to both attorneys and recruiting leadership. The ideal candidate brings prior law firm legal recruiting experience, strong relationship-building skills, and a proactive, team-oriented approach to talent acquisition.
