This role will be responsible for modernizing AI platforms, enhancing Copilot Studio implementations, and delivering scalable, secure, and maintainable AI architectures that drive business value.<\/p>\n<h4>Key Responsibilities<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Optimize and enhance Microsoft Copilot Studio agents by improving topic structures, routing logic, and overall solution maintainability.<\/li>\n<li>Transition traditional rule-based conversational experiences into modern generative AI solutions using Azure AI services.<\/li>\n<li>Design and implement advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures leveraging Azure AI Foundry, Cognitive Search, vector databases, and embeddings.<\/li>\n<li>Develop sophisticated AI capabilities including context retention, multi-step reasoning, summarization, orchestration, and function calling.<\/li>\n<li>Build and manage end-to-end MLOps pipelines, including model deployment, versioning, monitoring, CI\/CD processes, and governance.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as a technical leader, defining scalable cloud and AI architectures while establishing best practices for development and operations.<\/li>\n<li>Develop infrastructure-as-code solutions and create operational documentation, troubleshooting guides, and support playbooks.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into effective AI solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Required Qualifications<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>8+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud engineering, or solution architecture.<\/li>\n<li>3+ years of hands-on experience delivering production AI\/ML solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry.<\/li>\n<li>Expert-level Python development experience focused on AI, automation, and cloud solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with one or more additional development languages such as C#, .NET, or Java.<\/li>\n<li>Deep understanding of Generative AI, prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, and vector search technologies.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with MLOps practices, model lifecycle management, CI\/CD pipelines, and cloud-native architectures.<\/li>\n<li>Strong troubleshooting and optimization skills with the ability to improve existing AI platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills with experience presenting technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Preferred Qualifications<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience designing enterprise-scale AI platforms in Azure.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of serverless architectures and cloud automation.<\/li>\n<li>Experience implementing responsible AI, security, and governance best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Strong documentation and knowledge-transfer skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>What You&#8217;ll Bring<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to lead complex AI initiatives from architecture through implementation.<\/li>\n<li>Passion for emerging AI technologies and enterprise adoption.<\/li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving abilities and a continuous improvement mindset.<\/li>\n<li>Experience mentoring technical teams and promoting engineering best practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is an opportunity to play a key role in building and scaling innovative AI solutions that transform business operations through intelligent automation and data-driven insights.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/Y2x0dC43NjEzMS4xMjU4NEBiZWFjb25oaWxsLmFwbGl0cmFrLmNvbQ.gif\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">1460462_1785332082<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong><a id=\"otherId\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/1460462_1785332082\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":3770,"template":"","meta":{"_relevanssi_hide_post":"","_relevanssi_hide_content":"","_relevanssi_pin_for_all":"","_relevanssi_pin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_unpin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_include_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_exclude_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_no_append":"","_relevanssi_related_not_related":"","_relevanssi_related_posts":"","_relevanssi_noindex_reason":"","inline_featured_image":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"Charlotte, North Carolina","_application":"cltt.76131.12584@beaconhill.aplitrak.com","_company_name":"Beacon Hill Staffing Group","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[788,187],"job-types":[2],"class_list":["post-130079","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","job-type-full-time"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.1 -
