This person will own marketing automation efforts, help optimize lead generation and lead nurturing programs, and provide the reporting and insights needed to improve marketing performance.<\/p>\n<p>This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both the technical and strategic side of marketing operations and wants to have a direct impact on business growth.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Day-to-Day Responsibilities <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and optimize marketing automation programs and workflows.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as the primary owner of the marketing automation platform (HubSpot).<\/li>\n<li>Build and improve lead nurturing campaigns and customer journey workflows.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor lead flow and partner with sales\/business development teams to improve conversion rates.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Create and maintain marketing reports, dashboards, and KPIs.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with external agency partners and internal stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Support trade shows, industry events, and related marketing initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with a small, cross-functional marketing team on broader projects and initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Must-Have Qualifications <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4+ years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years focused on marketing operations, marketing automation, or similar responsibilities.<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot highly preferred).<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience building and managing lead nurturing workflows.<\/li>\n<li>Experience creating or optimizing customer journey programs.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable recommendations.<\/li>\n<li>B2B marketing experience.<\/li>\n<li>Experience creating reports and dashboards using CRM and marketing data.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Power BI and Microsoft tools.<\/li>\n<li>Experience using project management platforms (Monday.com or similar).<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to work cross-functionally with marketing and sales\/business development teams.<\/li>\n<li>Self-starter who can work independently and manage priorities with minimal oversight.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborative team player comfortable working in a smaller, fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/YnR0LjkyNDU0LjEyNTg0QGJlYWNvbmhpbGwuYXBsaXRyYWsuY29t.gif\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">1466952LMM_1785332670<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong><a id=\"otherId\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/1466952LMM_1785332670\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":3770,"template":"","meta":{"_relevanssi_hide_post":"","_relevanssi_hide_content":"","_relevanssi_pin_for_all":"","_relevanssi_pin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_unpin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_include_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_exclude_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_no_append":"","_relevanssi_related_not_related":"","_relevanssi_related_posts":"","_relevanssi_noindex_reason":"","inline_featured_image":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"Boston, Massachusetts","_application":"btt.92454.12584@beaconhill.aplitrak.com","_company_name":"Beacon Hill Staffing Group","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[216,300],"job-types":[18,2],"class_list":["post-130081","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","job-type-direct-permanent","job-type-full-time"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.1 -
