This individual will serve as a key partner to program management, engineering, operations, supply chain, and finance teams, ensuring schedules are aligned, resources are properly planned, and program milestones are achieved.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>This role offers the opportunity to work on highly visible, mission-critical programs while helping drive successful execution from early development through integration, testing, and delivery.<\/p>\n<div>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop, maintain, and manage integrated program schedules across multiple technical projects.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate schedule inputs from engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, quality, and program management teams.<\/li>\n<li>Identify schedule dependencies, resource constraints, critical paths, and potential execution risks.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor program performance and schedule adherence against established baselines.<\/li>\n<li>Perform schedule forecasting, scenario analysis, and recovery planning to support program objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Support resource planning and capacity management efforts across multiple projects and functional teams.<\/li>\n<li>Track milestones, deliverables, and program performance metrics and communicate status to leadership.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with engineering and operations teams to align development activities, testing efforts, materials, and production readiness plans.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate cross-functional planning meetings and drive accountability for schedule commitments.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare schedule reports, executive updates, and planning recommendations for leadership review.<\/li>\n<li>Support continuous improvement initiatives related to planning, forecasting, scheduling, and program execution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Required Qualifications<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>7+ years of experience in Master Scheduling, Program Planning, Program Controls, Project Scheduling, or related disciplines.<\/li>\n<li>Experience developing and maintaining integrated schedules for complex technical, manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or engineering programs.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of:<\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>Critical Path Analysis<\/li>\n<li>Resource Planning &amp; Capacity Management<\/li>\n<li>Schedule Risk Analysis<\/li>\n<li>Forecasting &amp; Performance Tracking<\/li>\n<li>Baseline Management<\/li>\n<li>Milestone Planning<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li>Ability to translate technical and operational activities into executable schedules.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills with experience presenting schedule status and risks to stakeholders and leadership.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Preferred Qualifications<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience supporting aerospace, defense, manufacturing, advanced technology, or highly regulated industries.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with engineering development, integration, testing, production, or new product introduction programs.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles.<\/li>\n<li>PMP, PMI-SP, or equivalent scheduling\/program management certification.<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting multiple programs simultaneously in a matrixed organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Tools &amp;
