This highly visible role will focus on developing corporate relationships, securing sponsorships, driving fundraising initiatives, and acting as a key ambassador within the community. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience in business development, fundraising, or nonprofit development, along with a passion for mission-focused work and relationship building.<\/p>\n<p>Position Details:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Location: Brookline, MA<\/li>\n<li>Work Model: Hybrid<\/li>\n<li>Degree: Preferred<\/li>\n<li>Responsibilities include cultivating corporate sponsors, donors, and strategic community partnerships; developing and executing regional growth and fundraising strategies; building relationships with healthcare organizations, universities, and community leaders; representing the organization at networking events, tours, and fundraising activities; identifying and launching new sponsorship and revenue-generating opportunities; supporting the growth of fundraising events and volunteer engagement; and managing a strong pipeline of prospects to achieve annual revenue goals.<\/li>\n<li>The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of experience in fundraising, sponsorships, business development, or nonprofit leadership; demonstrated success generating revenue and closing partnership opportunities; exceptional networking, presentation, and communication skills; an entrepreneurial and self-motivated approach to building a market;
